In all periods, the most common types of fans were loti-form and palm-form, imitating the leaf of the blue lotus or the frond of the date palm; resembling the brand’s iconic palmette leaf motif. The Terra channels the Layal in nature form. With a zig-zag-shaped handle channeling earth and its unevenness, this piece is a representation of mother earth and its blooming. This piece is made of 100% genuine leather, further enhanced with handcrafted interlaced raffia.
