Yes, you might be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order. Since your orders are promptly prepared and dispatched, we ask you kindly to contact our customer service advisors the soonest to cancel or make changes to your order. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our product shots are true to image and will only vary when displayed under different lighting. Please note that styled shots may show a difference in colour due to adjusted lighting for the shoot.

We always offer product shots to reflect real product colours and shapes. Kindly note that colours may vary depending on your computer monitor’s, mobile device’s or table’s brightness settings.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

ONLINE PURCHASES: You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order. Simply complete the return form online on our “Contact Us” page and don’t forget to add your order number. All items to be returned or exchanged must be in unworn, undamaged, and unused condition. Original tags must be attached, and products must be in their original packaging for them to be applicable for any refunds or exchange. We will then arrange for a pick-up with an additional fee.

IN-STORE PURCHASES: You can return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of your receipt. Simply complete the return form in-store and drop off your unused and ticketed item in their original packaging, along with the return form and proof of purchase in any of our stores. Alternatively, we can arrange for a pick up with an additional delivery fee. Please visit our Where to Buy page on our website for store addresses.

Items purchased via our online store can only be returned or refunded via our online store. Kindly email us at [email protected] for further assistance.

OKHTEIN will only provide a refund or an exchange if shipping instructions have been met. We shall inform you with our return shipping instructions in order to process the return/exchange process. For further assistance regarding shipping please email us at [email protected]

If the above conditions have been met, you will receive a refund for the returned products excluding initial delivery fees incurred.

IN-STORE PURCHASES: If the product is in new condition and in its original packaging you can exchange it from the same store it was purchased from within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please refer to our “exchange & return policies” section for any further assistance.

CARE & REPAIR

Please note: Some repairs may be subject to charges, and not free of charge, under certain conditions.

GIFTING/GIFT SERVICES

ONLINE PURCHASES: During your online checkout, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message and exclude the price from your order’s invoice. You can enter a custom gift note, which will appear on the order’s packing box. You can write your request on the checkout page in the “Notes about your order” section.

INSTORE PURCHASES: During your check out at any of our stores, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message on a gift card and exclude the price from your order’s receipt.

When ordering online you can opt for the gift wrapping option with exclusive packaging. You can also request a personal message to be written on a card.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following international credit and debit cards: (Visa Debit/Credit, Master Debit/Credit, American Express). All payments are processed through a secure checkout system; Amazon Payment Services.

For orders shipped in Egypt, there are no customs duties.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Should you need to change the delivery address, please reply back to your order’s confirmation email with an updated delivery address within an hour from your purchase time.

Deliveries are normally made from Sunday to Thursday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Product(s) will typically dispatch within 2 – 4 business days (though shipping can take longer in certain regions).
