Return & Exchange

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return or exchange your order, you can send us a request within 14 days from the date of purchase/delivery.

Return/Exchange requests must meet the below requirements:

Your request period will expire after 14 days from the date of purchase (In Store) or from the date of delivery (Online orders).

  • Proof of purchase must be provided via order/Invoice number

Return/Exchange requests will not be accepted without the order/Invoice number.

  • Returned products should be unused and returned with all tags & labels intact in their protective packaging.

Your returned product should be returned in the same original protective packaging (carton box, dust bags etc.) to ensure it reaches us in good condition.


Please note that OKHTEIN has the right to refuse accepting returned items if used and if without original packaging condition.

Note that if a returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the address of the original order and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your order.




Your refund will be processed after it passes by our quality inspection.

Once your returned item is accepted, your refund will be credited back via the same payment method used to purchase your order (Excluding shipping fees).

Please note that it can take up to 15 days for us to receive your return.

Please note that refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days maximum.




ONLINE PURCHASES: You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply complete the return form online or email us your request at [email protected] We will arrange a pick up with an additional shipping fee depending on your location.

Once your return is accepted at our quality department, we will proceed with your refund.

Note: Online purchases cannot be returned at any of the OKHTEIN stores.

IN STORE PURCHASES: You can return your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt. Simply complete the return request in our After Sales Assistance form in store and drop off your order in the original packaging, along with the purchase invoice. (This policy applies to orders bough from OKHTEIN only)

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products.

BEFORE ORDER DISPATCH: If you wish to change or cancel your Order prior to dispatch, you can email our customer care team on [email protected] or [email protected]

In the event of any order’s problem, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. For further information, please refer to our Repair Policy section.



 After your returned order is accepted, we will process with your new requested order and your payment difference (If applicable) within 48 hours.


  • Please note that any items purchased during our sale-seasons are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased via our online store can only be returned or refunded via our online store only.
  • Returns & Exchanges policy does not apply to our vintage collection & to discounted items.
